Ask any Spaniard and they will give you, if you are lucky, their own personal 'best every paella recipe!' We think there may be as many paella recipes as there are Spaniards! But we also know that, whatever the recipe, there are some basic rules that MUST NOT BE BROKEN!
That's why we take great care to use the finest, authentic ingredients. Our rice is genuine Calasparra. We use the best saffron and extra virgin olive oil. In our paella marinera, you'll find the finest local shellfish and, if you love meat, you won't be disappointed by our Valencian style paella. We don't neglect vegetarians either.
And our equipment is genuinely Spanish, imported from our great friends at the Garcima factory in Valencia, the home of paella. The huge paellera, sometimes metres across, is an iconic part of food culture in Spain. The visual and aromatic spectacle of the paella draws crowds and provides a focal point at parties and events; a great way to break the ice. If you have a lot of friends, you may get to meet 'Papa Grande,' our 130cm pan, who weighs in at over 50kg even before we add the 20 kilos of rice! Have a look at him in the clip below;
