Tapas are a great way to start your Spanish Fiesta. Since the Spanish traditionally eat dinner late in the evening, tapas have long been a delightfully lengthy, and very sociable pre-cursor to the main meal. In Spain, tapas are served in bars and restaurants as small dishes of usually quite simple appetizers. They come in a wonderful variety, from cold plates of olives or cheese to hot dishes of chorizo, squid, vegetables etc.

Because we want to offer you the opportunity to enjoy your party to the full, we have a choice of 2 styles of tapas to suit your function. You can be sure that, from the moment they arrive, guests will be taken care of.

At $6.40 per head, Señor's Light Tapas are the perfect way to spoil your guests as they arrive. Our range of freshly prepared cold dishes provide something for everyone, from our delicious, home made anchovy biscuits and mini rolls, to our special recipe tapanade, dips, stuffed vine leaves and more.

Alternatively, you can choose the spectacle of our unique, 'multi gustos' pans, specially imported from Spain so that we can sizzle up your fresh hot tapas on site, whilst guests look on, just like we do with the paella! Talk to us about the tapas recipes we offer.
